  • 27 September: Sturt and North Adelaide draw 5.9 (39) apiece in the 1919 SAFL Grand Final.
  • 4 October: In a low-scoring replay, Sturt 3.5 (23) defeat North Adelaide 2.6 (18) to win their second SAFL premiership.
