Cam Phillips (born December 16, 1995) is an American football wide receiver who plays for the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL. He played college football at Virginia Tech.[1][2]

Professional career

Phillips signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2018.[3] He was waived on September 1, 2018 and was signed to the practice squad the next day.[4][5] He was promoted to the active roster on October 18, 2018.[6] He was waived on November 5, 2018 and was re-signed to the practice squad.[7] He signed a reserve/future contract with the Bills on December 31, 2018.[8]

On August 31, 2019, Phillips was waived by the Bills.[9]

In 2019, Phillips was drafted in the 6th round of the 2020 XFL Draft by the Houston Roughnecks.[10]
