2020 single by Bob Dylan
"False Prophet" is a single by the American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, released on May 8, 2020.[4][5] The song was released on the same day Dylan announced his 39th studio album, Rough and Rowdy Ways.[6][7] The music is based on Billy "The Kid" Emerson's 1954 Sun Records single "If Lovin' Is Believin'".[8][9]
