Luigi Mariotti (November 23, 1912 – December 27, 2004) was an Italian Socialist Party politician. He was twice minister of health (1964–1968, 1970–1972) in the Government of Italy. He served in the cabinets of Prime Ministers Aldo Moro, Mariano Rumor and Emilio Colombo. He served in the Senate of Italy in Legislature II, Legislature III and Legislature IV. He served in the Chamber of Deputies of Italy in Legislature V, Legislature VI and Legislature VII.
