"Tora Zo" (Greek script: "Τώρα ζω", the English translation being: "Now I Live") was the Cypriot entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1986, performed in Greek by Elpida.

The song was performed fifteenth on the night (following Germany's Ingrid Peters with "Über Die Brücke Geh'n" and preceding Austria's Timna Brauer with "Die Zeit ist einsam"). At the close of voting, it had received 4 points, placing 20th (last) in a field of 20. This was the only time Cyprus placed last.

The song is a dramatic ballad, with Elpida singing that she is now living an experience she had previously only dreamed about.

It was succeeded as Cypriot representative at the 1987 Contest by Alexia with "Aspro Mavro".
