International Original Taekwon-Do Federation (IOTF) This organization was founded on 17 June 2002 by Grand Master Len G. Kirschbaum and other ITF masters and Grand Masters after the passing of Taekwon-Do Founder, General Choi Hong Hi (1918-2002). The IOTF was organized to carry on the original art of Taekwon-Do as the founder had authored and to continue the legacy of original Taekwon-Do. Membership is open to all ITF, GTF and other practitioners of the Ch'ang Hon system.
