Treaties concluded or ratified by the  Turks and Caicos Islands (1962–). In most cases, treaties that are to apply to the Turks and Caicos Islands are concluded and ratified by the government of the United Kingdom and extended to cover the Turks and Caicos Islands; these are found in Category:Treaties extended to the Turks and Caicos Islands. On select occasions, however, the government of the Turks and Caicos Islands has been authorised to conclude and ratify treaties for itself. The Turks and Caicos Islands was a dependency of the Colony of Jamaica from 1873–58 and was part of the West Indies Federation from 1958–62.
